- 數顯溫度變送器
1、 一體(ti)化數顯溫度變(bian)送器概(gai)述:
SBWR、SBWZ系列熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)變送器是DDZ系列儀表中的現場(chang)安裝式(shi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)變送器單元,與工(gong)業熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻配套使(shi)用(yong),它采用(yong)二線(xian)制傳輸(shu)方式(shi)(兩(liang)根導線(xian)作為電(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)入(ru)和信(xin)號(hao)(hao)輸(shu)出的公用(yong)傳輸(shu)線(xian))。將工(gong)業熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻信(xin)號(hao)(hao)轉換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)與輸(shu)入(ru)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)或與溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)成(cheng)(cheng)線(xian)性的4-20mA、0-10mA的輸(shu)出信(xin)號(hao)(hao).
該(gai)溫度(du)變送器(qi)可(ke)直接安裝在熱電偶、熱電阻的接線盒內與之形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)體化結構。它作為新一(yi)代(dai)測溫儀表可(ke)廣泛應用與冶金(jin)、石油、化工(gong)、電力、輕(qing)工(gong)、紡織、食品(pin)、國防(fang)以及科研等(deng)工(gong)業部門。
2、一體(ti)化數顯溫度變(bian)送器主要特點:
·采用硅橡膠或環氧樹脂密封(feng)結構(gou),因此耐震、耐濕、適合在惡劣的現場環境安裝(zhuang)使用。
·現場(chang)安裝在熱電偶(ou)、熱電阻的(de)接線(xian)盒內使(shi)用(yong),直接輸出4-20mA、0-10mA的(de)輸出信號。這(zhe)樣既節約了(le)昂貴的(de)補(bu)償導線(xian)費用(yong),又提高了(le)信號遠距離傳輸過程中的(de)抗干擾能力;
·熱電偶變送器具有(you)冷端溫度(du)自動補償功能;
·精度(du)高、功耗(hao)低,使(shi)用環境溫度(du)范圍寬(kuan),工作穩(wen)定可靠;
·適用范圍廣(guang)、既(ji)可(ke)以(yi)與熱電偶、熱電阻形成一體化(hua)現場安裝結(jie)構,也可(ke)以(yi)作為(wei)功能(neng)模塊安裝在(zai)檢測(ce)設備中和儀表(biao)盤上使用;
·智能型溫度(du)變送器(qi)可通過(guo)HART調制解調器(qi)與上位機通訊(xun)或(huo)與手持(chi)器(qi)和(he)PC機對變送器(qi)的型號、分度(du)號、量程進行遠程信(xin)息(xi)管理、組(zu)態、變量監(jian)測(ce)、校準和(he)維護功能;
·智能型溫(wen)度變送(song)(song)器(qi)可按(an)用戶實際需要調整變送(song)(song)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)顯示(shi)方向,并顯示(shi)變送(song)(song)器(qi)所(suo)測的(de)(de)(de)介質溫(wen)度、傳感器(qi)值(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)、輸出電流和百分比例;
3、一體(ti)化(hua)數顯溫度變送器(qi)工(gong)作原理:
熱電(dian)(dian)偶或熱電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)將(jiang)被測溫(wen)度(du)(du)轉換(huan)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),再將(jiang)該信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)送(song)(song)入變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)入網(wang)絡,該網(wang)絡包(bao)含調(diao)零(ling)和熱電(dian)(dian)偶補償等相關電(dian)(dian)路。經調(diao)零(ling)后的(de)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)輸(shu)(shu)入 到運算(suan)(suan)放大器(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)放大,放大的(de)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)一(yi)路經V/I轉換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)處(chu)理(li)后以4-20mA直流電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu);另一(yi)路經A/D轉換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)處(chu)理(li)后到表頭顯(xian)(xian)示。變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)線(xian)性化電(dian)(dian)路有兩(liang)(liang)種,均采用(yong)(yong)反(fan)饋方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。對熱電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)(yong)正(zheng)反(fan)饋方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)正(zheng),對熱電(dian)(dian)偶傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)(yong)多段折線(xian)逼(bi)近(jin)法進(jin)行(xing)校(xiao)正(zheng)。一(yi)體化數字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示溫(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有兩(liang)(liang)種顯(xian)(xian)示方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。LCD顯(xian)(xian)示的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)(yong)兩(liang)(liang)線(xian)制(zhi)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),LED顯(xian)(xian)示的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)(yong)三線(xian)制(zhi)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)。
4、技(ji)術參數
1、輸入信(xin)號:熱電(dian)偶:K、E、J、B、S、T、N。熱電(dian)阻:Pt100、Cu50、
Cu100(三線制(zhi)、四線制(zhi))。智能型(xing)溫度變送器的輸入信(xin)號可通過手持器和PC機(ji)任意設置;
2、輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao):在量(liang)程范圍內(nei)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)4-20mA直流信(xin)(xin)號(hao),與(yu)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶或熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻的(de)輸(shu)(shu)入信(xin)(xin)號(hao)成線(xian)(xian)性或與(yu)溫度成線(xian)(xian)性。智能(neng)型溫度變送器輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)4-20mA直流信(xin)(xin)號(hao)同時疊(die)加符合HART標準協議通信(xin)(xin);隔離式溫度變送器:輸(shu)(shu)入與(yu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)相(xiang)隔離,隔離電(dian)(dian)壓500V,增加了(le)抗共模(mo)干擾能(neng)力(li),更(geng)適(shi)合與(yu)計算機連(lian)網使用;
3、基(ji)本誤差(cha):0.5%FS、0.2%FS、智(zhi)能型0.2%FS;
4、接線方式:二(er)線制(zhi)(zhi)、三線制(zhi)(zhi)、四線制(zhi)(zhi);
5、顯示方式:四位(wei)LCD顯示現(xian)場溫度(du),智能(neng)型四位(wei)LCD可通過PC機或手持(chi)器設定使之顯示現(xian)場溫度(du)、傳感器值、輸出(chu)電流(liu)和(he)百分比例中的任一種參數;
6、工作(zuo)電壓(ya):普通型號12V-35V,智能型12V-45V,額定工作(zuo)電壓(ya)為(wei)24V
7、允許負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)阻(zu):500Ω(24VDC供電(dian));極限負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)阻(zu)R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如在額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)壓24V時,負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)在0-600Ω范圍內選(xuan)擇使用。
